Hello I'm Jill Harvie, aka Bright Pasture on social media. Many years ago I chose this handle because quite frankly, walking through a lush green pasture is home to me. I adore nature and feel connected to the important processes of growing healthy food. Although I have a solid background in the production of food, I am increasingly interested in the remainder of the careers that are food related. I welcome you to take a walk with me, on a journey to exploring fulfilling careers in Food. It seems to me that more and more, we all want to feel grounded, closer to the earth and the food grown from it. Food has a great way of bringing people together and it has a story worth experiencing too.

Join me as I share memorable experiences, thought provoking interviews exploring
the stories and people behind our food every other week on my podcast Food Careers.
